2019 USM PROMISE AGEP Fall Harvest Dinner and Networking Reception

The Annual USM PROMISE AGEP Fall Harvest Dinner and Networking Reception will be held from 5:30-8:30pm in The Atrium, The Stamp (Adele H. Stamp Student Union) at the University of Maryland, College Park campus on Friday, November 15, 2019.

Registration is now open! Faculty, Staff, and Graduate Students are invited to RSVP!

Please note there is limited seating for this event and you should only RSVP if you know you will be attending. All attendees must RSVP. University System of Maryland individuals that would like to bring family, friends, support, should make certain that ALL individuals attending fill out the RSVP form (for seating and food ordering purposes).

(This is a FREE event, but an RSVP is required!)

Space is limited to only 100 people. RSVP will close at 100, and individuals that would like to be put on the wait list should contact Christopher Pérez (cperez6@umd.edu) directly.

Free Parking: Lot B (floors 1-3) of Regents Garage (Not Visitor Spaces) are free after 4pm.

This is a very special Fall Harvest Dinner because the new Executive Director of PROMISE AGEP will be announced and will be in attendance to welcome guests with remarks.

The USM PROMISE AGEP Fall Harvest Dinner is an annual event intended to celebrate our PROMISE community (including GEM FellowsSREB FellowsLSAMPBD FellowsSociety of McNair Fellows, and more), network among campus colleagues, share resources, and highlight SREB participation.

2) Welcome and Introductions from PROMISE AGEP PIs, Campus Deans, and USM Vice Chancellor

3) Welcome remarks from new PROMISE AGEP Executive Director

4) Catered Dinner and Networking

5) Academic Portion of the event includes SREB Fellows’ participation at the SREB Conference (https://www.sreb.org/institute-teaching-and-mentoring)

6) Closing remarks from PROMISE AGEP campus coordinators
